Objective of the consultancy
The overall objectives of this consultancy is to facilitate the process of internal policies and procedures review and updates and make sure that the recommendations for the internal compliances and governing systems are consolidated for well- established and documented, ready to communicate the employees of WWF Myanmar.
Detail objectives is to:
§ Facilitate the process of government relations procedures development and capture the detail contents
§ Consolidate the existing policies and procedures of WWF Myanmar and identify the required policies
§ Facilitate the internal policies review workshop and analyse the recommendations and input received from the workshop for comprehensive documentation
Scope of work/ Major responsibility
A consultant for Government Relations Procedure Development and WWF Myanmar Policies and Procedure Review Processes is to work together with government relations director and team to identify and recorded key contents for the procedure development. A consultant is to facilitate the discussions with government relations staff and invited guest and produce a government relations procedure document, ready to circulate within the organization.
Outputs/ deliverable of performanceand time schedule
A Consultant for government Relations Procedure Development, and WWF Myanmar Policies and Procedure Review Processes is expected to perform and produce the following deliverables:
Deliverables
Develop internal procedures/guideline for government relations department
Plan, design and facilitate the policies and procedures review workshop
Consolidate all the valid recommendations from the workshop prepared to strengthen the WWF Myanmar internal policies and procedures.

How to apply:
Requirements
§ An advanced degree in administrative, human resources, and financial management or a relevant field
§ Excellent knowledge and experience in process consultation and high level facilitation in non-profit conducts of internal organization procedure and protocols, guidelines and policies
§ At least 8 years of experience working in the context
§ High level negotiation, facilitation as well as interpersonal and influencing skills
§ Other key skills required: Strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Organization and Coordination
